Unfortunately, We had a horrible leak in the ceiling which put us slightly behind schedule- a nasty surprise that Superstorm Lucia left us.  At first it seemed as if we had escaped with no damage but slowly the mound of snow on top of the building began to melt... into our office!  It is patched up for now but still rather unsightly.
